At wag’N’walkies our first concern is always the care and attention we pay our four legged guests but we like to keep an eye on their two legged owners too. So with you in mind, we have spent some time working out how to make our services easier and simpler to use, how we can save you time and effort and most importantly – how we can help you to interact with your pet, even while you are away.

Our Client Portal “DoTimely” does all of this and more!

The portal is very simple to use and will you to schedule and book your pets walks, daycare and additional services to fit your individual requirements, as well as get a Calender view of your planned bookings to avoid any miscommunications or misunderstandings.

We are particularly excited about the message/chat feature within the portal, which provides a live communication channel between staff and clients. Not only does it allow us to store and record detailed pet information (likes, dislikes, handling recommendations, training commands etc) but it also means we can keep you up to date with the days activities and excitement.
